Faces blurred as I don't have their permission to post online.

Journalling reads:

"In December 1992, my cousin Bradley was sent to Somalia on a peacekeeping mission. At the time, Brad was a Trooper in the Airborne of the Canadian Forces. We wrote to each other all the time and he informed me of life in Somalia and some details of their mission. The entire time he was there, I was worried for his safety. After several years with the army and missions to Somalia and most recently in Afghanistan, he was able to retire and now I can stop wondering if he'll be the next soldier to be brought home in a casket. I'm VERY PROUD of Brad. He is a HERO in my eyes."
